美泰科学家认定番石榴营养价值
美国农业部网10月1日消息,美国农业研究局和泰国的科学家已将番石榴添加到如蓝莓、黑豆和花椰菜等抗氧化剂丰富的植物名单中。抗氧化剂抑制自由基,可以很好的预防由于自由基氧化损伤人体细胞引发的各种慢性疾病。他们发现,番石榴的抗氧化剂含量排名仅低于蓝莓,高于杨桃、荔枝、芒果和木瓜的抗氧化剂含量。(国际情报研究室译)
